Commissioned Projects

Elias San Miguel has been commissioned to paint numerous fine works of art which are displayed today in many private collections, fine homes, and businesses throughout the United States. He would be happy to paint one for you. Although his medium of choice is oil, Elias' talents are equally showcased with watercolor, gouache, acrylics, pen & ink, pastels, charcoal and pencil.

When it comes to art everyone has their own tastes and ideas. As such, each work of art Elias creates is unique and tailored to the client's own special requirements. To accomplish this, Elias will normally begin by doing a photo shoot of the subject. After which he will spend time talking about your vision for the piece and what it is you want him to capture in the painting. Things such as the beauty, the ambiance, the personality of the subject, the final size of the painting, or even what you want in the background are all given special consideration.
